Sharing misleading medical info, violating privacy, hacking, or using the platform for illegal purposes is prohibited.

Medical Data

The platform handles sensitive medical data and maintains confidentiality. You agree to share medical data with relevant parties (doctor, pharmacist, pharma) for treatment support.

Important: RubikCare is an administrative platform for PSP and is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your doctor before making medical decisions.

Patient Consent & Disclaimer

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Your doctor has obtained your consent to share your medical data.
• The platform is not responsible for diagnosis accuracy or medication prescription.
• The platform is only a technical intermediary between doctor, patient, and pharmacy.
• If your data is found to be inaccurate or lacks consent, the platform may deactivate your account.

Medical Content Copyright

All medical content on the platform is posted by doctors or pharma companies. The platform is not responsible for content accuracy. Errors can be reported.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime via: Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, personal data is erased while anonymized statistics are retained.
